If you have existing equipment that continues to serve your needs well, but is tired and has seen better days, ask us about reconditioning services. Whether it’s grips, grip inserts or liners, HPUs (hydraulic power units), hydraulic cylinders, connection pins or frame components like carriages and covers, consider refurbishing rather than replacing. If that’s not an option, consider using the older equipment as a trade-in when replacing or upgrading.

ProofCert specializes in preventive maintenance programs and repair of faulty equipment. We provide phone and remote PC troubleshooting support, as well as, personal service to your facility by one of our trained technicians. We will do what is needed to get your equipment back on line, and making you money again. ProofCert will service any manufacturer’s equipment, and can tailor a preventive maintenance plan around your specific machine. For complete service and great running machinery, we suggest both preventive maintenance and calibration testing through Roberts Calibration, Inc. to save you the cost of travel.

Force calibrations are provided by our affiliate, Roberts Calibration Inc. All calibrations are performed in accordance with ISO 17025 and ASTM E4-16. As Roberts Calibration is accredited through A2LA. Contract pricing is available upon request for multiyear service. Our test systems are manufactured in the USA using domestic materials. If you’re looking to increase your current testing capacity, inquire today about upgrading to a larger test system. We can take your existing machine in for trade when setting up your new machine.
